Payment Policy​
At Nursing Education & Accreditation Consultants, LLC, we are committed to providing transparent, professional, and secure payment practices. Please review the following payment policy prior to engaging services.
1. Accepted Payment Methods:

ACH / Bank Transfer (if arranged in advance)
2. Processing Fees:

A service fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD applies to all Credit/Debit Card payments.
3. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

A deposit (typically 50%) may be required.

Services will not begin until payment is received.
4. Late Payments:

Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.
5. Refund & Cancellation:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Completed services are non-refundable.

24-hour notice required for cancellations.
6. Rescheduling:
We understand that schedules can change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
7. Chargebacks:
​If you have any questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us first—we’re happy to work with you to resolve it. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Currency:​
All fees are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
9. Secure Processing:
Payments are processed securely. We do not store payment details.

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
Terms of Service & Consulting Agreement
At Nursing Education & Accreditation Consultants, LLC, we provide consulting services in nursing education, accreditation, and program development as outlined in an agreed proposal or Statement of Work. Clients agree to use services for lawful and professional purposes, provide timely communication and materials, and adhere to all payment terms. While we offer expert guidance and evidence-based recommendations, outcomes such as accreditation or regulatory approval cannot be guaranteed. All materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated and are shared in confidence. Services are provided as an independent contractor, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are not met. By engaging our services or submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
